The Cairns Old Crocs are a team of over 35 Rugby players that have finally woken up to the fact that their bodies should not be subjected to the punishment of grade rugby. With a strong family and social focus, the Old Crocs are the only official over 35 Rugby team in Cairns and each year the club holds a tournament which is attended by like clubs from near and far. With some very good sponsorship in place, especially from the Cairns Reef Casino, the Cairns Old Crocs work hard to keep the tournaments happening each year and when possible, the occasional tour away from Cairns provides the players and families with an oppotunity to socialise with other rugby players and their fans. The club law of "Just Run It" (i.e. no kicking during the game) is indicative of the spirit of this club.
