Cairns RSL Club Veterans Tournament 2012 - 15 June 2011
Cairns Old Crocs Rugby Union Club would like to announce that the 2012 Cairns RSL Club Veterans Tournament, will be held 8-10 June 2012. Participants are invited to register their interest and don't worry if you don't have a team of your own, individuals are welcome to come and play in our Cairns Old Crocs Barbarians side.
The Seventh RSL Club Over 35s Rugby Tournament - 18 September 2010
This year saw the tournament field 10 teams with visitors coming from New Zealand, New South Wales, Brisbane and local teams. A large contingent of Kiwis – Yellowbellies from Hamilton and the Roskill Rabbits from Auckland (on their last tour as a club) came over to enjoy the warmer weather. The Vincentia Van Gones from Jervis Bay also made a welcome return to Cairns to participate.
Gold Legends Invitational Charity Match - 10 July 2010
After much planning and organisation, the club hosted its inaugural Gold Legends Invitational Charity Match. We invited a team of former Wallabies and other International players to come to Cairns to play a Cairns Barbarians teams all for charity, the beneficiaries being Make-A-Wish Australia and the Cairns Junior Rugby.
The Sixth Reef Hotel Casino Over 35s Rugby Tournament - 19 September 2009
2009 - our most successful yet. Plenty of public spectators added to the atmosphere of a great game day. Eight teams participated this year - from New Zealand, Northern Territory, NSW and the rest from our great state, Queensland. One player travelled all the way from his home in Japan to participate.

2008 - our most successful yet. Plenty of public spectators added to the atmosphere of a great game day. 10 teams participated this year - from New Zealand, Northern Territory, NSW and the rest from our great state, Queensland.
The Fourth Reef Rugby Tournament - 12 September 2007
The 2007 tournament was a very successful event. The spirit the games were played, the venue, participants, special guests, volunteers and others made this year the most successful we have hosted. More like that to come.
The Third Reef Rugby Tournament - 22 September 2006
We changed the format this year to only having games on one day. It was too hard for the fellows to back up for a second day of games. We welcomed 2 teams from NZ, Mt Roskill and Tauranga and returns for Jervis Bay and Guam. Port Douglas went off with the silverware this year and mentioned that they would be defending their title next year.
The Second Reef Rugby Tournament - 17 September 2005
Our second tournament was a great success and everyone enjoyed the games and dinner. We did win our own tournament this year. There was a heavy fall out of players trying to back up on the second day. There were some injuries as well.
